• We design full or partial tour packages and travel arrangements with the best local resources, knowledge, desired standard, pace and style.

• We can quote to any standard and group size you request. Please contact us via the forms provided, or within our by email with your requirements.

• We will not use your details other than to provide our best choices and solutions for your travel request.

• The optimum ‘Group Tour’ value is obtained towards groups with 20 travellers or more.

• Our default accommodation choice is at 3-4 star hotels, with breakfast included unless stated otherwise within the ‘Price Terms’ of each offer. We can usually confirm the whole circuit on 4 stars if the group is booked early. Tour prices are stated per person sharing a double room, single room upgrades are also available.

• We recommend you to book at least one meal a day, organised as a group, to make sure you obtain a good value and the added value of dining group experiences. These options are given during the booking process and we offer group meals at local Muslim restaurants (Halal).

• Transportation between cities is included by private bus, within modern vehicles with A/C and in good condition.

• Our ‘Group Tours’ are managed by one or more of our local Muslim guides, who will welcome you at the arrival meeting point (airport, port) and continue with the group until departure. Added to this general tour conductor, we include Official Guides towards the UNESCO Heritage Monument tours.

• ThMonuments and sites included in each package will be listed within the ‘Price Terms’ of your offer. We include World Heritage Sites in packages in all our ‘Group Tours’ tours in Andalusia, with the corresponding UNESCO Heritage Guides being included as well as access tickets..

• DuDue to reasons beyond our own control, we may have to change the itinerary programs according to the dates of travel, opening hours and other elements, to another time/day than those listed.

• WWe may include flight bookings upon request.

• We can offer travel insurance upon request, we do not usually include specific travel insurance by default.

• All items and the final program, standards and price will be confirmed during the booking process.

• Our set departure, ‘Upcoming Tours’ groups consist of specific promotion group schedules at regular promotion price we offer for travellers to enjoy our best standard tour at an optimum cost, and also include hotels which we pre-book for each session.

• Each tour session will require a minimum attendance of 15 participants in order for the offer to go ahead. In the event of falling short of numbers 30 days ahead of the tour date, we will provide the option of re-scheduling to another date, re-funding and/or arranging to a private or independent travel package, if you BOOK NOW, we will not take any fees until the tour is duly confirmed at 10 participants, after that new registrants will be accepted automatically by our registration system.

• Hotels are already included and pre-booked for these tours, at 3-4* with breakfast included.

• Obtain discounts on any extra extension ‘Hotel Packages & City Escapes’ when booking our ‘Regular Group Tours’.

• Exponential last minute agent discounts according to final group size confirmed on each session, the discount figures are provided privately for professional agents at the initiation of our collaboration, and do not vary between sessions.

• Our local Tour Manager, will welcome at arrival meeting point (airport, port) and continue with the group until departure, Official Guides towards the UNESCO Heritage Monument tours as well as Monument Entrance Fees are included already within our Fully Guided ‘Tour Service Packs’.

• Transportation between cities is included by private bus, within modern vehicles with A/C and in good condition.

• Due to reasons beyond our own control, we may have to change itinerary program according to the dates of travel, opening hours and other elements, to another time/day than those listed.

• Meal options are provided within the booking process, they are not included in the listed cost. We recommend to have at least one meal per day organized as a group, to gain value and group experience. Our meals are offered as group meals at local Muslim restaurants (Halal), or inside the hotels when available (halal).

• We can offer flight bookings upon request, they are not included in the price so far. The intended arrival & departure destination airport is Madrid International Airport [Airport code: MAD]; other connections available upon request.

• We also offer travel insurance upon request, we do not usually include it by default.

• Transport between cities is included by private bus, within modern vehicles with A/C and in good condition. We have already designed a leverage in our tour standards to adapt to Family Economy Tours, by including the driving services of our guide out of courtesy instead of hiring a bus with driver, in groups under 7 travellers in total. Hereby our price lists within these group sizes, are arranged in an economical transport mode involving rental vehicles and courtesy drivers. VIP Private Transport Vehicles are also available as an option during the booking process, for hire on a per day basis.

• The monuments and site tours included in each package will be listed within each itinerary of your offer. We include World Heritage Sites in packages in all our ‘Group Tour Service Packs’, with the corresponding UNESCO Heritage Guides being included.

• Our Independent Tour Packages, ‘Hotel Packages & City Escapes’ section is designed to be used freely in combination with the rest of our ‘Tour Service Packs’ when are chosen separately.

• Our Independent Tour Packages, ‘Hotel Packages & City Escapes’ include accommodation at a 3-4 stars hotel B/B basis, //OR// Picturesque Town Centre Hostels, //OR// Tourist Apartments within the Historical Town Centre of each listed city.

• Our Independent Tour Packages,‘Hotel Packages & City Escapes’ DO NOT include intercity transportation and monument visits listed in the itinerary, however, all of our related service options to each package and their cost are prompted throughout the booking confirmation process, for you to opt-in, and benefit from any group tour or private service options.

• Hotel package prices are quoted per person, two person sharing per double room, single use extra is usually twice this price, for a large 1 person room.

• The above also applies to the monuments, which we also offer separately through our different ‘Tour Service Packs’

• Transport & guidance options are offered during the booking process, to make sure you book the adequate service to your own desired standard, however, are not included by default to allow for flexibility in your service choices.

• Local Travel Assisting Guide/Local Guides from our crew are available to assist you along with the tour. This choice will also be provided as an option throughout the booking of any ‘Hotel Packages & City Escape’ or after you request information on any of our tour packages. The ‘Tour Manager’ travel assistant guide is NOT included in our ‘Hotel Packages & City Escapes’ unless chosen specifically within the booking confirmation process.

• Meal bookings are NOT included, but provided optionally and can be arranged at our favourite selection of Local Halal Restaurants, you will be able to choose your favourite establishment throughout your time in town.

• Accommodation choices and standards are listed in each individual offer, from hostels or tourist apartments to 5-star hotels; this will also be confirmed during the booking process.

• Prices are stated per person sharing with one more person one double room at the standard selected. Single room upgrades are offered as a supplement upon the double room rate, according to the accommodation standard and type, it is around double the same cost per person for a single room.

• As a licensed travel agency, we can also offer competitive flight bookings, with ease at best rates. We do not include travel insurance by default, but can also offer it as an optional extra.

• All local taxes and legal fees included.Travel insurance is NOT included, though we can offer insurance if required.We can offer flights upon request from any destination. Inbound or outbound flights are NOT included unless specified or arranged.

• Single room upgrade is quoted as an added supplement fee per person.

• Not all hotels have the triple or quadruple rooms, but we may gain a discount on the announced double room prices. We cannot always confirm availability for triple or quadruple rooms so we should always ask the given date and will confirm this manually according to availability.
